Practice
Practice areas
The three areas in which the firm practises.
I
Estate and wealth planning
For families who wish to organise their wealth across generations, and for business partners who need to set the rules of their company.
Succession
Succession planning during one’s lifetime: who receives each asset, through which instrument and at what moment.
The firm draws on a range of wealth and succession planning instruments to build each solution, and follows the process through to the administration of the estate (inventário).
Tax
Advisory and litigation work on the tax issues raised by wealth planning.
The tax analysis of each succession structure starts from the family’s assets and circumstances.
Wealth and corporate
Structuring of companies and other vehicles used in wealth planning.
